If the regulation of doctors practicing aesthetic medicine is essential in the short term, it is urgent, with regard to practitioners already trained and practicing aesthetic medicine for many years, without any losses, to accelerate the implementation of the recognition of their training and their acquired skills, through regulatory reform, in order to formalize their skills and their specificity. The validation of acquired knowledge and experience (VAE), although promised for two years, has still not been implemented. It is also urgent to broaden the conditions of prescription and delivery (CPD) of the botulinum toxin for aesthetic purposes to all aesthetic doctors so as not to facilitate and encourage the illegal practice of medicine and the dangerous drift of “fake injectors”. This reform is a question of public health, justice for health professionals and European coherence. Thus, she asks him for the initiatives that the Government intends to take in order to stem this proven health threat and exponential and in order to recognize to current practitioners the authorization of the practice of botulinum toxin injection.
