Then, 40% are dismissed due to lack of sufficient evidence. Finally, and this is surely the most alarming, according to the Women's Foundation, in 2024, half of the women victims of marital femicide had filed a complaint. The MP therefore asks the Minister to set up a public, exhaustive and harmonized census of feminicides, taking into account the factors of inequality, in order to be able to better analyze the extent of this problem.
