In this context, she wishes to know the measures that the Government intends to take to guarantee the continuity of funeral services during a transmission, in order to prevent any interruption detrimental to bereaved families; secure the authorization procedure for buyers (by example, uniform criteria for admissibility of files, maximum processing times, temporary authorizations); transparently inform all stakeholders (sellers, buyers, families) of the obligations and guarantees necessary for the transfer to comply with funeral regulations.
