Summary
Mr. Pierre Cordier draws the attention of the Minister of Solidarity and Health to the consequences of the measures adopted by the majority within the framework of the 2018 PLFSS for beneficiaries of disability pensions. Indeed, since January 1, 2018, disability pensions are no longer considered as income and are therefore no longer included in the calculation of the activity bonus, causing the loss of additional income that is often essential to people who already find themselves in difficult situations. Beneficiaries of a disability pension in employment therefore lose this support for their activity, even though certain other disabled workers continue to be able to accumulate activity bonus and AAH, creating an unjustifiable difference in treatment. In addition, disability pensions, even modest ones, are also subject to the increase in the CSG rate. So, while the most modest retirees benefit from an exemption or a reduced rate, beneficiaries of a disability pension with lower income are subject to the increase in CSG. He therefore wishes to know the measures envisaged by the Government to preserve the purchasing power of recipients of disability pensions.
