Nevertheless, the problem of wine exempt from labeling rules remains real. Thus, she questions him about the actions planned by the Government in order to guarantee consumers optimal transparency of the information indicated on the labeling of wines.    Le règlement européen relating to l'information des consommateurs sur les denrées alimentaires prévoit que l'indication de la liste des ingrédients et de la déclaration nutritionnelle est facultative sur l'étiquetage des boissons alcoolisées (dont le titre alcoométrique est supérieur à 1,2 % vol.). Dans un rapport de mars 2017, la Commission européenne a relevé que cette dérogation ne permettait pas d'informer le consommateur sur les caractéristiques de ces denrées. Dans le cadre de la réforme de la politique agricole commune (PAC), les modalités d'étiquetage de la liste des ingrédients et du tableau nutritionnel pour les produits vitivinicoles sont actuellement discutées entre Etats membres, notamment en ce qui concerne le choix d'une information disponible sur l'étiquette des produits ou par voie dématérialisée. Les autorités françaises portent une grande attention aux discussions en cours entre les différentes parties prenantes sur un sujet qui aura des conséquences non négligeables en matière de loyauté de l'information du consommateur, de santé publique ainsi que sur l'économie du secteur des boissons alcoolisées. En attendant la modification du droit européen, les viticulteurs qui le souhaitent peuvent d'ores et déjà faire figurer la liste des ingrédients et le tableau nutritionnel sur l'étiquette de leur produit, sous réserve du respect des dispositions de la règlementation transversale sur les denrées alimentaires. D'autres sous-secteurs, comme celui de la bière, se sont déjà largement engagés dans cette démarche volontaire et transparente.
