This regulatory power being within its jurisdiction, since the sanction constitutes neither an offense nor a crime, it therefore wishes to know when it intends to publish the decree providing for a 5th class fine in the event of non-compliance with the ban on the sale of dogs and cats by pet stores and whether reinforced controls will be carried out in order to sanction establishments in violation with the law.
