Summary

M. Romain Grau attire l'attention de M. le ministre de l'action et des comptes publics sur la commission de conciliation. En 1949, est créée la commission départementale de conciliation devant laquelle l'administration défère le contribuable en cas de désaccord sur l'évaluation d'un bien taxé. La loi du 27 décembre 1963 confère aux contribuables le droit de saisir la commission de conciliation. Il lui demande combien de saisines des commissions de conciliation sur le territoire national ont pu être répertoriées en 2018.
