   La future convention d'objectifs et de gestion (COG) 2026-2030 qui sera bientôt signée entre la caisse centrale de la mutualité sociale agricole (CCMSA) et l'État s'attachera au premier plan à ce que la qualité du service rendu à l'assuré social réponde au meilleur standard, notamment en matière de versement des prestations, tant légales qu'extra-légales (action sanitaire et sociale). À cette aune, les négociations de la COG en cours se déroulent dans un climat constructif entre les équipes de la CCMSA et les ministères de tutelle. Le projet de convention est, en effet, avancé, car l'État et la MSA partagent de nombreuses priorités comme, outre le niveau de la qualité de service rendu à l'assuré de manière homogène sur the whole of territoire, le renforcement de la place de la caisse centrale dans un souci d'amélioration de son pilotage du réseau, ainsi que les moyens nécessaires mis pour lui assurer un système informatique au niveau des standards des autres caisses de sécurité sociale. Cette recherche de la qualité de service s'accompagne par ailleurs d'une recherche, partagée avec la MSA, d'efficience. À cet égard, la question du schéma d'emploi est un point important des discussions. Cette nouvelle COG s'inscrit ainsi dans un contexte qui s'impose à tous les organismes de sécurité sociale, notamment dans une recherche optimale de gains de productivité sur leurs activités, sans jamais dégrader la qualité du service rendu.
