Summary

Ms. Claire Pitollat draws the attention of the Minister of Solidarity and Health to the system of activity authorizations issued by regional health agencies to health establishments. Pursuant to Article L. 6122-1 of the Public Health Code, must be subject to authorization from regional health agencies; the creation of any health establishment, the creation, conversion and regrouping of health activities care, the installation of heavy equipment, changes to the location of an existing establishment and the renewal of authorizations. Faced with these difficulties significantly slowing down the transformation of health establishments into a vital care offer for the populations, it asks what diagnosis is established on the authorization regime, and what solutions it intends to put forward in order, on the one hand, to have in each department a report demonstrating the evolution of medical activities and the authorizations which result from them, and on the other hand, with regard to the diagnosis carried out, to further streamline the activity authorization regime of these establishments.
