M. Romain Grau attire l'attention de M. le ministre de l'action et des comptes publics sur la médiation en matière fiscale. L'article 3 du décret n° 2002-612 du 26 avril 2002 instituant un médiateur au ministère de l'économie et des finances prévoit que « toute réclamation adressée au médiateur doit avoir été précédée d'une première demande de l'usager auprès du service concerné, ayant fait l'objet d'un rejet total ou partiel ». La saisine du médiateur est un mode alternatif de règlement d'un litige fiscal quand le dialogue avec le conciliateur ou l'interlocuteur départemental a échoué. Sans avocat et sans aucun formalisme, le contribuable peut saisir le médiateur. Il lui demande à combien de reprises le médiateur du ministère de l'économie et des finances a été saisi en 2018.
