Mme Patricia Mirallès attire l'attention de M. le ministre de l'action et des comptes publics sur la lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent. Alors que la France sera évaluée courant 2020 par le groupe d'action financière sur sa capacité à combattre le blanchiment et qu'un rapport TRACFIN vient de formuler une série de 10 préconisations, elle souhaiterait pouvoir obtenir un retour à la suite de l'accord passé en juillet 2018 avec les greffes des tribunaux de commerce qui ont été formés à la détection « d'opérations financières atypiques ».
