Many construction companies are asking the Government to implement the reciprocity on the tax exemption of GNR with farmers and transporters, the reestablishment of the zero-interest loan for the construction of housing, in all territories, the freezing of the scales of the building REP (extended producer responsibility) over one year and the drastic simplification of the MaPrimeRenov system.    Conscient des difficultés rencontrées par le secteur du bâtiment et des travaux publics (BTP), le Gouvernement a décidé d'aménager la trajectoire de suppression progressive du tarif réduit d'accise sur le gazole non routier (GNR). Ainsi, les entreprises du secteur du BTP ayant au plus 15 salariés pourront bénéficier, au titre de leur consommation 2024, d'une aide de 5,99 centimes d'euros par litre de GNR consommé, dans la limite d'un montant maximal de 20 000 euros. Cette aide sera attribuée en début d'année 2025 et permettra de soutenir les entreprises du secteur. Le maintien d'un tarif réduit de l'accise à son niveau historique n'incite pas au développement d'outils de production plus respectueux de l'environnement afin d'atteindre nos objectifs de lutte contre le réchauffement climatique. L'alignement progressif à échéance 2030 du tarif réduit de GNR sur le tarif normal appliqué au gazole routier prévu par la loi de finances pour 2024 et concerté avec les organisations représentatives du secteur du bâtiment et des travaux publics constitue une solution équilibrée permettant de tenir compte de la situation économique des entreprises. En outre, des mesures d'accompagnement des entreprises du BTP ont été adoptées à l'instar de la revalorisation de plein droit des prix dans les contrats ou le suramortissement pour l'acquisition de matériels plus vertueux au plan environnemental.
