L'article 8 de l'ordonnance n° 2005-650 du 6 juin 2005 prévoit que les instructions et circulaires font l'objet d'une publication. Elle lui demande de lui indiquer pourquoi les circulaires portant sur l'organisation gouvernementale et le travail gouvernemental, numérotées SG, ne font pas systématiquement l'objet d'une publication au Journal officiel de la République.
