Summary

Mme Christine Pires Beaune interroge M. le Premier ministre sur les effectifs des cabinets ministériels. Le décret n° 2017-1063 du 18 mai 2017 relatif aux cabinets ministériels ( Journal officiel du 19 mai 2017) prévoit que le cabinet d'un ministre ne peut comprendre plus de dix membres, ce chiffre étant abaissé à huit membres pour un ministre délégué et à cinq collaborateurs pour un secrétaire d'État. Elle lui demande de lui indiquer si certains membres du Gouvernement ont été contraints de dépasser ces plafonds à titre exceptionnel et si la pratique des personnels administratifs officieux affectés en cabinets ministériels a définitivement disparue.
