Summary

Ms. Marine Hamelet draws the attention of the Minister of Health, Families, Autonomy and People with Disabilities to the absence of consolidated national data relating to information of concern (“IP”) collected in the context of conflictual parental separation. Nearly 397,000 children and young adults are currently subject to child protection measures and the number of worrying reports is increasing.
