Mr. José Gonzalez draws the attention of the Minister Delegate to the Minister of Labor, Health and Solidarity, responsible for the elderly and disabled people, to the administrative deadlines for the payment of survivor's pensions for spouses after the death of their spouses. The MP would therefore like to know if the administration is considering solutions to simplification and acceleration of this procedure which would consist, for example, after evaluation of the amount of the pension, in making an advance which would be recovered on the final statement or in granting the possibility to the social assistance office which so wishes to replace the CRAM in paying this advance, this being repaid to the BAS by the CRAM as soon as the statement is established. He wants to know his position on this subject.
