M. Luc Carvounas interroge M. le ministre de l'intérieur sur le possible retour sur le sol national de djihadistes français détenus en Syrie. En décembre 2018, l'annonce unilatérale du président des États-Unis, Donald Trump, de retirer 2 000 soldats américains qui sont stationnés en Syrie, aura pour conséquence de faire évoluer la doctrine française relative au non-retour des djihadistes français détenus en Syrie. En effet, selon la presse, ce sont 130 ressortissants Français qui seraient concernés par ce changement de doctrine dans les prochaines semaines. Selon ces informations, la France pourrait organiser le rapatriement sur son sol de ces djihadistes français pour qu'ils soient judiciarisés en France. Face à la crainte légitime provoquée par ce changement de doctrine, il lui demande de bien vouloir lui indiquer avec précision quels dispositifs juridiques, administratifs et pénitentiaires vont être mis en œuvre par le Gouvernement pour s'assurer du bon déroulement de ce changement de doctrine visant à rapatrier les djihadistes français sur le sol national.
