In fact, these bonuses and allowances linked to the technicality of these functions, which represent a significant part of the remuneration of the agents concerned, are not included in the calculation of the main pension paid by the National Pension Fund for local authority agents. They only open partially retirement rights in respect of the additional civil service pension, within the limit of a base capped at 20% of the gross index salary, in accordance with article 2 of decree no. 2004-569 of June 18, 2004.
