Summary

M. Jean-Luc Warsmann attire l'attention de Mme la ministre du travail sur la réforme de l'obligation d'emploi des travailleurs handicapés. Il semble qu'un décret d'application de la loi du 5 septembre 2018 pour la liberté de choisir son avenir professionnel doit remplacer les modalités actuelles d'acquittement des contrats de sous-traitance par une nouvelle valorisation, passant par une prise en compte sous forme de déduction à la contribution des entreprises. S'il est annoncé que les modalités de calcul seront définies avec un objectif de neutralité financière, l'attente du nouveau dispositif provoque dans les ESAT une très grande inquiétude. Il lui demande sa position sur ce sujet.
