Summary
Mr. Paul Christophe questions the Minister of State, Minister of Ecological and Inclusive Transition, on the Positive Energy Territories for Green Growth system, known as TEPCV. In order to support the implementation of Law No. 2015-992 relating to the energy transition for green growth, the Ministry of Ecology created Positive Energy Territories for Green Growth in 2015. A TEPCV is a territory of excellence in the energy and ecological transition. The community is committed to reducing the energy needs of its inhabitants, buildings, economic activities, transport and leisure. It proposes a global program for a new development model, more sober and more economical. In return, the ministry financially supports this program. Over the past two years, the ministry has launched several calls for projects “Positive energy territories” for communities wishing to engage in concrete actions in the energy transition. More than 4,000 actions were carried out by more than 550 TEPCVs. The device having provided proof of its interest, he asked if the ministry intended to renew it. Otherwise, he asks him if the ministry plans to put in place other measures in order to support local authorities and their groups in the energy transition.
