Mr. Paul Christophe draws the attention of the Minister of Labor to the new composition and organization of the professional consultative commissions (CPC) as provided for by Law No. 2018-771 for the freedom to choose one's professional future. Article 31 of Law No. 2018-771, codified in Article L. 6113-3 of the Labor Code, specifies that the professional advisory commissions are composed “at least half of representatives of employee union organizations representative at the national and inter-professional level and of professional employer organizations representative at the national, inter-professional and multi-professional level”. As it stands, future diploma or certification benchmarks will therefore be developed without representation of the actors and main stakeholders in training. This absence of pluralism denies the primary will of the legislator. Therefore, it draws attention to the need to restore a balance of members of the CPCs by reforming, once again, their composition.
