Summary

Mme Alexandra Valetta Ardisson attire l'attention de M. le ministre d'État, ministre de la transition écologique et solidaire, sur les modalités de prise en compte du bilan carbone dans les commandes publiques. À ce jour, il est tout à fait possible de choisir, sur la base de critères environnementaux, un prestataire dont l'éloignement géographique engendrerait finalement un impact carbone global bien plus important que celui qui serait engendré par un prestataire plus proche du lieu d'exécution du marché. Elle souhaiterait savoir s'il serait envisageable de prévoir le calcul systématique d'un bilan carbone dans les procédures de commande publique.
