Summary

M. Vincent Rolland attire l'attention de Mme la ministre du travail sur la formation continue des artisans. En effet, les artisans constituent un corps de métier important, avec de nombreux emplois concernés qui reposent sur un savoir-faire. Ils doivent alors pouvoir renouveler leur formation. Jusqu'en 2018, le fonds d'assurance formation des chefs d'entreprises artisanales se chargeait de prendre en charge les frais liés à ces formations. Or cette prise en charge a été remise en question pour cette année 2019. Mme la ministre a, il est vrai, débloqué entre-temps 30 millions d'euros pour aider à cette prise en charge, somme qui couvrira certains formations pour cette année 2019 ; mais il s'agit de rendre cette solution pérenne afin que les artisans continuent à bénéficier d'un accompagnement dans leur formation, gage de qualité du travail. Il souhaiterait donc connaître ses propositions sur la prise en charge de la formation continue des artisans.
