Summary
Mr. Vincent Rolland draws the attention of the Minister of Labor to the continuing training of artisans. Indeed, craftsmen constitute an important profession, with many jobs involved which are based on know-how. They must then be able to renew their training. Until 2018, the training insurance fund for craft business leaders was responsible for covering the costs linked to this training. But this support has been called into question for this year 2019. The Minister has, it is true, released 30 million euros in the meantime to help with this support, a sum which will cover certain training for this year 2019; but it is a question of making this solution sustainable so that the craftsmen continue to benefit from support in their training, a guarantee of the quality of the work. He would therefore like to know his proposals on supporting the continuing training of craftsmen.
