M. Olivier Gaillard attire l'attention de Mme la ministre des sports sur l'inquiétude des conseillers techniques sportifs (CTS). Malgré son annonce de concertation sur les moyens humains dans le sport mené par MM. Yann Cucherat et Alain Resplandy-Bernard aboutissant à un rapport prévu pour fin octobre 2019, les craintes des CTS ne cessent de croître. À la veille des jeux Olympiques et Paralympiques de Tokyo et en pleine préparation de ceux de Paris, il lui demande d'apporter des précisions sur son projet afin d'apaiser le climat autour des sportifs français.
