Summary

M. Julien Dive interroge M. le ministre de l'économie et des finances sur le cas du groupe allemand Südzucker. Le groupe Südzucker a bénéficié durant plusieurs années du crédit d'impôt pour la compétitivité et l'emploi (CICE). Cet avantage fiscal était censé être un contrat avec l'État pour garantir la compétitivité et l'emploi en France. Or, Südzucker ne l'a pas respecté en annonçant des licenciements et son retrait des sites industriels de Cagny et Eppeville. Il rappelle que ce groupe bloque actuellement toute éventuelle reprise de ces sites. Il lui demande le montant exact du CICE versé au groupe allemand Südzucker depuis 2013.
