Summary

M. Gilbert Collard attire l'attention de M. le ministre d'État, ministre de l'intérieur, sur le favoritisme scandaleux dont aurait profité la mère d'un terroriste sanglant. En effet, cette dame aurait obtenu en priorité absolue un logement social à Tremblay en France. Le motif invoqué est parfaitement scandaleux : il s'agissait de la rapprocher de son fils alors incarcéré à Villepinte pour des faits de terrorisme. Ce motif est d'ailleurs devenu caduc depuis que l'intéressé est incarcéré à Vivonne. M. le député rappelle qu'il y a actuellement 500 000 demandeurs d'un logement social en région parisienne, et que ce tour de faveur constituerait une véritable insulte à la communauté juive ainsi qu'aux armées françaises. Aussi il lui demande si le Gouvernement a diligenté une enquête administrative.
