Summary

M. Charles de la Verpillière appelle l'attention de M. le ministre de l'économie et des finances sur la prochaine introduction en bourse de la société Verallia. Ancienne division du groupe Saint-Gobain, Verallia a été cédée en 2015 à la société américaine de capital investissement Apollo (90 %), avec une participation de 10 % de la Banque publique d'investissement (BPI France). Fin avril 2019, Verallia a confirmé envisager une introduction en bourse sur Euronext Paris en 2019. Si cette opération a lieu, il convient de s'assurer qu'elle n'aura pas d'incidence négative sur l'emploi et les investissements dans l'outil industriel. Le maintien de BPI France au capital serait une garantie. Il lui demande donc quelles sont les intentions du Gouvernement à cet égard.
