The Departmental Public Autonomy Service (SPDA) aims to simplify the lives of elderly people, people with disabilities and caregivers, by facilitating journeys through the construction of a real local public service, guaranteeing the same quality of service for all, whatever the territories and individual situations. Finally, at the national level, user representatives are present within the SPDA orientation and monitoring committee responsible for proposing the structuring orientations of the SPDA and ensuring that the approach meets the expected over time, but also in the national working groups responsible for working on the national specifications which set the commitments made to citizens in terms of service provided.
