Summary

M. Jean-Charles Larsonneur interroge Mme la secrétaire d'État, auprès du Premier ministre, chargée des personnes handicapées, sur l'opportunité de créer un observatoire national des besoins des personnes handicapées. Celui-ci aurait pour mission d'identifier les besoins actuels et futurs des personnes en situation de handicap. Les rapports de cet observatoire auraient vocation à alimenter le débat public et permettraient d'anticiper les réponses à apporter aux problématiques liées au handicap. Il lui demande de bien vouloir préciser les suites qu'elle entend réserver à cette proposition.
