Mr. Benoit Simian draws the attention of the Minister of Solidarity and Health to the difficult situation of women victims of the Essure® definitive sterilization device produced by the Bayer laboratory. On September 18, the German pharmaceutical laboratory Bayer HealthCare announced that it was ending the marketing of Essure® definitive contraceptive implants in France.
