M. Vincent Ledoux interroge M. le ministre de l'agriculture et de l'alimentation sur les modalités et l'agenda de la mise en œvre de la décision d'élargir l'interdiction pour la grande distribution de jeter ou détruire ses invendus alimentaires à la restauration collective et à l'industrie agroalimentaire prévue par la loi alimentation du 1er novembre 2018. Concernant la restauration hors domicile (en particulier scolaire), il est intéressant de souligner que la loi prévoit utilement « la mise en place d'un diagnostic obligatoire et la diffusion d'outils d'aide à la planification ». Il lui demande donc de bien vouloir lui préciser quand le Gouvernement envisage de faire paraître le décret d'application.
