Summary

M. Claude de Ganay interroge Mme la secrétaire d'État, auprès du Premier ministre, chargée des personnes handicapées, sur la création du revenu universel d'activité (RUA) susceptible d'intégrer l'allocation adulte handicapé (AAH). La création d'une allocation unique est effectivement souhaitable mais l'AAH est une allocation spécifique qui ne peut disparaitre au profit d'un revenu universel. En outre, l'un des objectifs du RUA est de permettre d'être accompagné vers l'activité. La majorité des allocataires de l'AAH, au contraire, ne pourront jamais travailler à 100 %. L'AAH doit tenir compte des singularités du handicap. Il lui demande alors s'il est vraiment souhaitable de fusionner le RUA et le AAH ou si elle compte revenir sur cette proposition.
