Summary

M. Julien Dive interroge M. le ministre de l'économie et des finances sur le crédit impôt recherche (CIR), prévu par la loi de finances du 24 décembre 2007 et son usage par nombre de TPE, PME et ETI, et ses conséquences en matière de contrôle fiscal. Il souhaite savoir combien d'entreprises ayant eu recours au crédit impôt recherche ont été soumises l'année n+1 ou n+2 de ce recours à un contrôle de l'administration fiscale. En effet, selon certaines études, les contrôles fiscaux ciblant les entreprises ont augmenté sensiblement, notamment ceux auprès des entreprises ayant bénéficié du crédit impôt recherche.
