M. Jean-Luc Warsmann attire l'attention de Mme la garde des sceaux, ministre de la justice, quant aux démarches que doit effectuer une personne protégée, sous tutelle ou curatelle, en vue d'édicter les directives anticipées qu'elle souhaite prendre, lorsqu'elle sera en fin de vie et dans l'incapacité de s'exprimer, afin de faire connaître dès maintenant sa volonté auprès des médecins. Cette demande, partagée par un grand nombre d'associations de parents de personnes handicapées, l'amène à souhaiter la réponse la plus précise possible de manière à ce que chacun des acteurs puissent être fixés. Il la remercie de l'attention qui pourra être portée à sa démarche.
