   Une éventuelle décision de retenir un dossier même sans avocat relève de la liberté juridictionnelle du magistrat. Dans ces conditions, aucune instruction n'a été adressée aux juridictions à cet effet. Naturellement, il est demandé aux chefs de cour de faire remonter des informations sur l'impact du mouvement social sur le fonctionnement de l'institution.
