M. Jean-Luc Warsmann attire l'attention de M. le ministre de l'économie et des finances sur le nombre très important de Français qui remplissent les conditions pour bénéficier du livret d'épargne populaire et qui n'ont pas effectué cette démarche. Ce livret est en effet un outil de protection des personnes ayant des économies modestes contre l'inflation. Il souhaite connaître les initiatives que compte prendre le Gouvernement pour renforcer la communication à l'égard des personnes ayant droit à ce livret puisqu'un grand nombre d'entre elles ne connaissent pas ce droit.
