Summary

M. Stéphane Testé attire l'attention de M. le ministre de l'Europe et des affaires étrangères sur la poursuite d'études en France d'un élève étranger justifiant d'un baccalauréat français. En effet, un élève étranger qui a réalisé tout ou partie de sa scolarité dans un établissement français à l'étranger et qui justifie d'un baccalauréat français ne reçoit pas un traitement identique aux étudiants français ou européens quand il choisit de poursuivre ses études supérieures en France. Il lui indique que cette situation n'incite donc pas les étrangers à intégrer les établissements français de l'étranger dans la mesure où la poursuite d'études en France est rendue difficile. Il lui demande par conséquent quelles solutions sont à l'étude afin que tous les élèves, français comme étrangers, ayant étudié dans un établissement français puissent bénéficier du même traitement pour poursuivre leurs études supérieures en France.
