M. Charles de la Verpillière appelle l'attention de M. le ministre de l'agriculture et de l'alimentation sur les modalités d'inscription au Livre des origines français des bergers allemands ( Atdeutscher Schaferhund ). Selon ses informations, les bergers allemands élevés en France ne peuvent pas obtenir un LOF en France, alors même que les bergers allemands de lignée allemande ont un pedigree en Allemagne. Cette exclusion apparaît être en contradiction avec le principe de libre circulation des personnes et des biens au sein de l'Union européenne. Il lui demande si cette restriction demeure encore justifiée à ce jour.
