Summary

M. Christophe Blanchet interroge M. le ministre de l'économie et des finances sur la garantie décennale concernant les malfaçons. De nombreux Français rencontrent, parfois fortuitement, des malfaçons parfois vingt ou trente ans après l'acquisition d'un bien. Or, dans le domaine des assurances, seule la garantie décennale s'applique. Pourtant, dans le droit anglo-saxon, par exemple, il n'y a pas de limite de temps pour intervenir sur les vices cachés. Il lui demande si le Gouvernement entend réformer le droit en ce sens et forcer les assurances à assurer, par exemple, le risque causé par la mérule.
