   La crise sanitaire a démontré l'importance pour les établissements sanitaires de disposer de structures d'accueil du jeune enfant pour les personnels soignants mobilisés au chevet du patient adaptées à la spécificité de leurs horaires de travail. A l'instar du centre hospitalier du Vinatier, de nombreux établissements ont développé une capacité d'accueil de ce type pour répondre aux besoins de garde des professionnels des établissements appelés, du fait des spécificités de l'activité hospitalière, à assurer leurs fonctions pendant des horaires élargis. La décision de mettre en œuvre ce type d'accueil doit rester à la main des établissements. En effet certains établissements disposent, du fait de la composition de leur personnel ou de leur implantation territoriale, d'un besoin limité, le cas échéant du fait de capacités d'accueil en ville répondant aux besoins des salariés. A l'inverse d'autres établissements ont vocation à répondre aux besoins de garde du personnel paramédical et médical en se dotant de ce type de structures, très souvent sur la base d'horaires atypiques.
