Summary
Mr. Bernard Reynès draws the attention of the Minister of National Education, Youth and Sports to the application of Law No. 2019-791, applied from the start of the 2019 school year, which made schooling compulsory, from the age of 3, for children. It had, among other things, the obligation for municipalities which have a private school under contract with the State, to participate in the operating expenses for the students. nursery classes in these private schools at the same participation rate as for the nursery classes in their public schools. This new law changes nothing for the municipalities which already financed the nursery classes of their private schools but it changes everything for the municipalities which did not participate. The Government had therefore specified that, for these municipalities, the State would reimburse this additional expense. He doesn't is nothing today. Also, he asks what measures the Government intends to put in place so that the additional expenses that these municipalities must bear are reimbursed.
