M. Charles de la Verpillière appelle l'attention de Mme la ministre de la transition écologique sur la mise en œuvre du nouveau malus écologique prévu à l'article 55 de la loi de finances pour 2021. Il lui demande si un correctif a été pris pour ne pas pénaliser les personnes ayant déposé leur demande d'immatriculation avant le 1er janvier 2021, même si celui-ci n'a pu être traité avant cette date, dans la mesure où il serait inéquitable d'imputer aux administrés les retards de traitement par l'ANTS.
