M. Jean-Luc Warsmann attire l'attention de M. le ministre de l'agriculture et de l'alimentation sur la différence de prix pouvant exister pour certains types de bovins entre la France et la Belgique. Un vétérinaire exerçant à la fois en Belgique et en France vient en effet d'indiquer à un agriculteur qu'un bovin de type broutard de race blanc bleu se vendait 5,50 euros le kilogramme en Belgique, alors que l'agriculteur français avec qui il échangeait vendait des bovins de type « culard » à 3,50 euros le kilogramme. Cet agriculteur s'interroge sur la force excessive d'un groupe d'abattage français qui se trouverait en position dominante et serait en mesure d'imposer des prix d'achat aux agriculteurs. Il souhaite connaître la position du Gouvernement sur le sujet.
