Summary

Mme Florence Granjus attire l'attention de M. le ministre de l'économie et des finances sur l'assujettissement des bateaux logements à la taxe foncière, en application de l'article 1381-3 du CGI. Aujourd'hui, cette taxe foncière est établie d'après la valeur locative cadastrale. Or un bateau est un bien meuble (article 531 du code civil) qui n'est pas cadastré. Le stationnement sur le domaine public fluvial est précaire et révocable à tout moment et la convention d'occupation temporaire prévoie déjà le paiement d'une redevance d'occupation du domaine public fluvial. Elle souhaiterait savoir s'il est envisagé une étude approfondie de ce dossier compte tenu des remontées des citoyens.
