Summary
Mr. Victor Habert-Dassault draws the attention of the Minister of the Economy, Finance and Recovery to the exceptional purchasing power bonus. In June 2017, the late MP Olivier Dassault tabled a bill, then an amendment during the examination of the PACTE law, aimed at allowing entrepreneurs to encourage and reward deserving employees by giving them the ability to offer a bonus of up to 1,000 euros without charge, nor tax. This simple and effective measure made it possible to avoid administrative burdens and improve the purchasing power of the French. At the time of the yellow vest demonstrations, the President of the Republic took up the formula and proposed it in the form of an “exceptional purchasing power bonus” from 2019. The administration having a horror of ease, the bonus was transformed, limited and even made more complex. He would like to know how many employees were able to benefit from it for the year 2019, the year 2020, then the year 2021. He would also like to know the number of companies which have put in place a profit-sharing agreement and which have allowed their employees to benefit from this bonus.
