Summary

M. Benoit Simian attire l'attention de Mme la ministre, auprès du ministre d'État, ministre de la transition écologique et solidaire, chargée des transports, sur l'absence de possibilité pour un professionnel taxi déjà détenteur d'une carte professionnelle dans un département d'exercer après un stage d'adaptation dans un autre département. Le décret d'application n° 2017-483 de la loi Grandguillaume ne prévoyant pas cette possibilité, le gouvernement avait annoncé qu'un arrêté devait être publié avant l'été pour préciser cette situation. Or aucun texte réglementaire de ce type n'est connu à ce jour. Aussi, il souhaiterait obtenir davantage d'informations sur le contenu et le calendrier de publication de cet arrêté, attendu depuis le début de l'année par les professionnels taxis.
