Mr. Jean-Louis Bricout draws the attention of the Minister of Solidarity and Health to the closure of spontaneous CARSAT receptions in the Hauts-de-France region. In fact, in the regional territory it is the receptions of Armentières, Seclin, Tourcoing, Cambrai, Maubeuge, Boulogne sur Mer, Dunkirk, Saint-Omer, Arras, Abbeville, Péronne, Beauvais and Laon which are concerned. Many files, and therefore beneficiaries, remained in arrears for too long. Through all these successive reorganizations, it is the access to the rights of policyholders that is weakened, at a time when the rate of non-recourse continues to increase. If technological progress via internet access encourages us to rethink certain methods of access to services, new technologies can only be complementary. They cannot replace a human service, in areas where digital coverage is sometimes lacking. For all these reasons, he wishes to know the Government's intentions regarding maintaining the CARSAT network.
