M. Denis Masséglia interroge M. le ministre d'État, ministre de l'intérieur, sur l'arrêté relatif aux nouvelles normes de vidéo protection. En effet, l'arrêté définissant les normes actuelles de la vidéo protection date du 3 août 2007, issu lui-même des travaux de l'Inspection générale de l'administration en 2005, suite aux attentats de Londres. Depuis 11 ans, la technologie a profondément évolué et permet une qualité d'image incontestablement améliorée. Il l'interroge donc sur le nouvel arrêté devant remplacer celui-ci, sa date de parution estimée et les normes qui y seront définies.
