M. Stéphane Testé attire l'attention de Mme la ministre de l'enseignement supérieur, de la recherche et de l'innovation sur le « plan 40 000 » lancé en 2013. Il lui rappelle que ce plan avait pour ambition la construction de 40 000 logements sociaux étudiants, d'ici la fin de l'année 2017, afin de favoriser la réussite des étudiants et de démocratiser l'accès à l'enseignement supérieur. Il lui demande si elle est en mesure de lui communiquer les chiffres des constructions réalisées et si l'objectif de 40 000 logements sociaux mis à disposition des étudiants a bel et bien été atteint.
