M. Jean-Yves Bony appelle l'attention de M. le secrétaire d'État, auprès du ministre de l'action et des comptes publics, sur les dispositions octroyant le bénéfice d'une demi-part fiscale aux titulaires de la carte du combattant ayant atteint les 74 ans révolus. Cette demi-part fiscale bénéficie également à la veuve d'un ancien combattant si elle est âgée de 74 ans et si son conjoint décédé bénéficiait de la demi-part supplémentaire. Force est de constater si un ancien combattant décède avant de pouvoir prétendre à l'avantage fiscal en question, sa veuve ne pourra y prétendre même si elle dépasse les 74 ans. Il y en en ce cas une rupture d'égalité de traitement. Il lui demande quelle est la position du Gouvernement sur cette question.
